When Nat and Mark connected in early 2025, both navigating the early stages of starting their own consulting businesses, it became clear that there was commonality around what they we were building: businesses built upon the foundation of helping people and teams achieve success.


They also identified a key challenge they had been seeing with clients that continues to remain unresolved and proving difficult to navigate.


People are highly stressed, burnt out, and finding it really challenging to balance the pressures and demands of work with life - particularly as they move into positions of leadership and responsibility. 


Resultantly, teams are struggling to balance 'sustainable performance' with 'sustainable wellbeing'. 


Fast forward 9 months and together with Ash, they've thought deeply about this challenge and they role they could play in helping the people and teams they work with to perform at their best, while maintaining a positive wellbeing and allowing people to spend their time where it matters most. 


What has emerged is a program, based on 6 foundational pillars, that each collectively play a role in helping people and teams achieve sustainable high performance.


And while they saw this program as a natural extension of their own consulting businesses, they agreed it needed its own identity. And hence, Thrive was born.
