Introducing, Nat.

Former Australian Diamonds Captain | Dietitian | Wellbeing Advisor | Leadership & Culture Expert

Nat von Bertouch is a health and performance expert who helps individuals and teams reach their full potential in ways that are both effective and sustainable.

A former Australian Diamonds captain, qualified dietitian, and experienced advisor in wellbeing, leadership, and culture, Nat combines real-world insight with evidence-based strategies to enhance performance, build resilience, and maintain balance.

As a mum of three, she understands the realities of juggling competing priorities while striving to lead and perform at a high level. Her purpose is clear: to support people to thrive—physically, mentally, and professionally—without compromising their health, values, or wellbeing.

Through the Thrive Performance and Wellbeing Program, Nat empowers people to lead with energy, handle pressure, and embed habits that sustain success. Her approach is practical, research-informed, and focused on lasting impact.

Outside of work, Mark is a husband, father-of-two, volunteer surf lifesaver, and lead guitarist in a cover band.

His commitment to family, community and creativity are reflected in the very principles he champions through Thrive: where high performance is most sustainable when grounded in wellbeing, purpose, and connection beyond the workplace.

Introducing, Ashleigh.

Journalism & Communications specialist | Wellbeing advocate | Thrive Facilitator

With over 10 years of corporate experience in journalism and communications environments, Ash has built a career on connection and impact. Her background spans media outlets and large corporate landscapes, where she witnessed the mounting pressures, demands and expectations on staff. As a result, she has developed a deep understanding of the approaches that help shape positive performance.

Through her continued studies and interest in the areas of positive psychology, she brings strategies to support wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth. At Thrive, she blends her communication skills with her commitment to empowering others — creating engaging resources and uplifting content that inspires individuals and teams to get the most out of themselves.

Away from work, Ash is a proud mum of two very busy toddlers, a lover of the outdoors (particularly the coastline), staying active and recharging with loved ones. Her lived experience as a working parent fuels her passion for practical strategies to help others thrive — especially those balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
